At Alamoda, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, efficiently, and securely. This Shipping Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Order Processing
1.1 Upon receipt of your order, Alamoda commits to efficiently and accurately processing it. This includes verifying payment details, validating shipping information, preparing your selected products, and coordinating with our global suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfillment.
1.2 Generally, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). However, during peak demand periods such as sales promotions, holidays, or unforeseen supply chain disruptions, processing times may extend up to 3 business days or longer. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly via email.
1.3 Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during Alamoda-observed closures will begin processing on the next available business day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
1.4 Once your order is fully processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed shipping information, including a tracking number and estimated delivery timeframe.
1.5 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that billing and shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries, for which Alamoda holds no liability.
1.6 Alamoda reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if payment verification fails, if the order appears fraudulent, or if it violates any of our Terms of Service or applicable laws.
1.7 In rare cases where a product is out of stock after order confirmation, Alamoda will notify the customer promptly and provide options including cancellation, substitution with a similar product, or store credit.
1.8 Partial shipments may occur when items from your order are sourced from different suppliers or warehouses. Customers will be notified of multiple shipments and provided with corresponding tracking numbers.
1.9 All order processing and handling activities comply with data protection regulations to ensure your personal and payment information is securely managed throughout the fulfillment process.
Shipping Regions and Delivery Times
2.1 Alamoda prioritizes shipping to Czech Republic, offering fast, secure, and tracked delivery services. Orders shipped to Israel typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days after dispatch. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, customs processing and local logistics can affect the final delivery timeframe. Customers will receive tracking information to monitor their package throughout transit.
2.2 For European countries, estimated delivery times are as follows: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany typically within 8 to 10 business days; France, Austria, Poland, and other European regions generally within 8 to 10 business days; Spain, Italy, and Portugal also fall within the same estimated timeframe. These estimates may vary due to customs inspections and local carrier efficiency.
2.3 Shipping to other Middle Eastern countries usually takes 8 to 10 business days, subject to regional customs regulations and courier performance.
2.4 Deliveries to Asia and New Zealand are generally completed within 8 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on destination-specific factors and customs clearance.
2.5 For all other international destinations, including the rest of the world, delivery times are estimated at 8 to 10 business days post-dispatch. Variations may occur based on customs procedures, shipping routes, and local delivery networks.
2.6 All delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipment, not order placement. Alamoda cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.
2.7 Customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been dispatched. We encourage customers to monitor their shipment and contact podpora@alamoda.cz if they experience any issues or delays.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
3.1 Alamoda offers free standard shipping on orders exceeding specific thresholds depending on the destination region. No promotional code is necessary; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order meets the minimum purchase amount. For all international destinations, free shipping applies on all orders.
3.2 For orders that do not meet these free shipping thresholds, shipping fees are calculated based on the customer’s delivery region and displayed clearly at checkout before payment confirmation. These fees cover the costs associated with packaging, logistics, carrier charges, and tracking services.
3.3 All shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice due to various factors including fluctuations in carrier pricing, fuel surcharges, customs fees imposed by destination countries, and other logistical considerations. Customers will always be charged the shipping fee displayed and confirmed during checkout, ensuring transparency and fairness.
3.4 Customers may select optional shipping upgrades at checkout for an additional fee. These upgrades may include express or expedited shipping options that reduce delivery times, as well as shipping insurance that protects against loss, theft, or damage during transit. All additional services and fees must be explicitly chosen and accepted by the customer before finalizing the order.
3.5 Alamoda reserves the right to update, modify, or change shipping rates, policies, delivery methods, and related service offerings at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will apply only to future orders; existing orders will be fulfilled under the terms and rates applicable at the time of purchase.
International Shipping
4.1 Alamoda offers international shipping services with dedicated options for certain regions to optimize delivery speed and customer experience. Customers in Australia receive prioritized shipping handled by trusted carriers specializing in timely and secure delivery to this region. Estimated delivery times to Australia are generally between 8 and 10 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local handling.
4.2 Shipping to other international regions follows standard procedures, with typical delivery times ranging from 8 to 10 business days post-dispatch. These timeframes are indicative and subject to change due to customs processing, transit delays, and local courier service efficiency.
4.3 Alamoda reserves the right to limit shipping to certain countries or regions based on legal restrictions, logistical challenges, or risk assessments. Customers will be informed if delivery to their location is not supported.
4.4 Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country of residence. Alamoda is not liable for delays, seizures, or returned shipments resulting from customs issues.
4.5 Tracking information will be provided for all international shipments. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments and report any concerns to podpora@alamoda.cz for prompt assistance.
Exceptions and Limitations
5.1 During peak periods such as major sales events, holidays, or unforeseen supply chain disruptions, Alamoda may experience higher order volumes which can extend processing and shipping times beyond standard estimates. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance during these periods and to anticipate potential delays.
5.2 In the event that your package is damaged during transit, you must notify Alamoda within 5 business days of receipt by contacting podpora@alamoda.cz. Please include detailed photographs of the damage as well as your order number and contact information. Alamoda will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include issuing a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
5.3 Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. It is important to review your order carefully before completing the checkout process. Once an order is confirmed, it proceeds through processing and shipping without option for cancellation or alteration.
5.4 Alamoda reserves the right to refuse shipment or cancel orders that violate our Terms of Service, involve restricted items, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.5 Packages may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures that can delay delivery. Alamoda is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other governmental authorities.
5.6 If a package is returned to Alamoda due to customer refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or restocking fees prior to reshipment or refund.
Delivery Terms
6.1 All delivery times provided by Alamoda are estimates based on typical carrier performance and regional logistics. These timeframes are calculated from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse or supplier, not from the date the order is placed.
6.2 Delivery timelines can be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond Alamoda’s control, including but not limited to customs processing delays, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions within the courier networks.
6.3 Alamoda does not guarantee exact delivery dates or times. Any commitments regarding delivery are subject to the limitations stated in this Shipping Policy and the Terms of Service.
6.4 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and accessible. Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses may result in delayed delivery, failed attempts, or returned packages.
6.5 In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Customers are expected to follow these instructions promptly to avoid return shipments.
6.6 Packages returned to Alamoda due to failed delivery or non-collection may incur additional shipping and restocking fees. These fees will be deducted from any eligible refund or must be paid prior to reshipment.
Tracking Your Order
7.1 Once your order has been dispatched, Alamoda will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s online tracking system.
7.2 Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to become fully active in the courier’s system. We recommend checking the tracking status periodically for the most up-to-date information.
7.3 In the event you experience any significant delays, discrepancies, or issues with your tracking information or shipment, please contact Alamoda customer support promptly at podpora@alamoda.cz.
7.4 While tracking provides visibility into your shipment’s status, Alamoda cannot be held responsible for delays or losses once the package is in the custody of the shipping carrier.
Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Failure to provide correct details may result in delayed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping charges, for which Alamoda cannot be held liable.
8.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability to receive the package or to arrange timely collection from the courier’s designated pickup location.
8.3 Customers should actively monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided and communicate any delivery issues to Alamoda as soon as possible.
8.4 Alamoda is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or returned due to customer error, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to comply with courier instructions.
Shipping Insurance
9.1 Alamoda offers optional shipping insurance that customers can purchase during checkout for an additional fee (e.g., $4.99 AUD). This insurance covers loss, theft, or damage to packages while in transit.
9.2 Purchasing shipping insurance provides peace of mind by ensuring that in the rare event of package mishandling or loss, customers may be eligible for reimbursement, replacement, or other remedies as outlined in our claims policy.
9.3 If shipping insurance is not purchased, Alamoda cannot guarantee compensation for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Customers choosing to forego insurance accept this risk.
9.4 To file a claim for a lost or damaged insured package, customers must notify Alamoda within 5 business days of delivery confirmation, providing relevant evidence such as photos and tracking information.
9.5 Claims are subject to verification and approval by Alamoda and its shipping partners. Valid claims will be processed promptly in accordance with our policies.
